Return Policy

Simple Solutions Return Policy
Our Commitment to Your Satisfaction
At Simple Solutions, we strive to be your one-stop shop for all your electronic component needs and to exceed your expectations. We understand that sometimes, even with the best intentions, issues can arise. This policy outlines the return process for products purchased from Simple Solutions.

What can be returned?
We accept returns of unopened and unused items within 14 days of purchase. For items with no functionality issues, a return will be subject to the following conditions:
A minimum 25% restocking fee will be applied, or a different fee may be agreed upon during the RMA process.
Returns will only be considered after a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is obtained.

Obtaining a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team by phone or email. An RMA number will be issued to help us track your return and expedite the process. All RMA requests must be accompanied by a failure report that details the issue with the component.
For transactions under US$1500: Documentary evidence (photos, test results) of the malfunctioning component needs to be shared with Simple Solutions for functional testing/visual inspection.
For transactions above US$1500: Documentary evidence from an accredited third party is required to support the reason for return.
 
RMA Guidelines
RMAs are valid for a maximum of 7 days from the date of issue.
The product must be received at our warehouse within 15 days of the RMA issuance for the RMA to remain valid.
The RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the return package.
Returns without an RMA number will be subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee.

Return Shipping
Buyer is responsible for covering the cost of return shipping, unless otherwise agreed upon during the RMA process.
Returns will not be accepted if shipped COD (Cash On Delivery).

Our Liability
Our liability is limited to replacement or refund of defective items at our discretion.
We are not liable for any claims for expense or damage caused by the use of our products.

Additional Information
We do not guarantee product capability in regards to buyer’s intended use or circuit design.
We are not liable for special or consequential damages.
Warranties are limited to those described in our RMA policy.
Visual inspection and pictures are not accepted as sole reasons for rejection, especially for obsolete parts (parts with date codes older than 8 years).
We do not accept claims, interventions, or arbitration from third private parties, except for recognized test houses, original manufacturers, or legal entities.
Failure to comply with our Terms & Conditions and RMA policy will result in rejected return claims.
This RMA return policy applies to all sales, including credit card, digital, and electronic payment gateway transactions.
We only sell manufacturer original parts. Decapping or testing commercial or industrial grade parts for military applications is strictly prohibited.
Any illegal use of commercial parts for military or aviation applications will void all warranties. Attempts to approve commercial parts for military applications using a test house will also void warranties. The buyer or its agent will be solely responsible for any consequences.

Return Processing
Once a product is returned and inspected, we will process your request in one of the following ways:
Replacement: If available and requested by the customer, we will send replacement parts.
Credit: We will issue a credit for future purchases or a refund for the cost of the part
